By accessing and using the IMAV Learning Academy website and purchasing our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Usage

Our courses are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your login credentials, resell the course materials, or record live sessions for distribution. Violation of this will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed via our payment gateway (Razorpay) before access is granted.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. IMAV Learning Academy and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
