IMAV Learning Academy deals exclusively in digital products and educational services. We do not ship any physical goods.

1. Delivery of Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An automated email confirmation with your order details.
• Immediate access to the Learning Management System (LMS) or dashboard where course materials are hosted.

2. Live Class Links

Links for live sessions (Zoom/Google Meet) will be shared via email and your student dashboard at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

3. Issues with Access

If you do not receive your login credentials or course access within 2 hours of payment, please verify your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team at [email protected].
