🤝 Hiring Partners & Opportunities

We occasionally receive hiring requirements from our network of partner companies. Here is how this process works:

  • Batch-Specific Opportunities: If a partner company has an opening, we share it with the current active batch that matches the skill set.
  • Market Dependent: These opportunities are entirely dependent on market demand. There may be periods with multiple opportunities and periods with none.
  • No Retroactive Liability: We are not liable to provide opportunities to past batches or alumni if they missed previous openings. If you have graduated, you are encouraged to apply via open market channels using the portfolio you built with us.
  • Selection Process: If an opportunity is shared, the partner company has the final say in shortlisting and hiring. IMAV has no influence over their hiring decision.

👤 Your Responsibility

Success is a two-way street. To benefit from our career support, students are expected to:

  • Maintain 85% attendance in live classes.
  • Complete all assignments and the Capstone Project on time.
  • Actively apply for jobs on portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed using the guidance provided.
  • Keep their skills updated as technology evolves.
