1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment in a live course up to 24 hours before the first scheduled session. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued.

Cancellations made after the course has commenced are subject to the Refund Policy below.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not happy with a course, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of the course start date.
• You have attended at least one live session or viewed less than 20% of the recorded content.

3. Processing Refunds

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your Transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
