Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to purchases made on the website of IMAV Learning Academy Private Limited (“Company”, “IMAV”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).

By purchasing any course or service from us, you agree to this policy.

2. Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)

2.1 Nature of Delivery

IMAV Learning Academy provides digital educational services only, including:

  • Live online instructor-led courses
  • Recorded self-paced courses
  • Digital learning materials

We do not ship any physical products.

2.2 Course Access & Login Credentials

After successful payment confirmation:

  • Login credentials will be created manually.
  • Student will be mapped to an available batch and teacher.
  • This process may take up to 48 hours from payment confirmation.

Payment confirmation time is determined by:

  • Bank payment timestamp, AND
  • System-generated confirmation receipt.

2.3 Delay in Login Credentials

If login credentials are not received within 48 hours:

Users must contact us via:

  • Live Chat (preferred)
  • Official Email
  • Official Contact Number

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

The purchase time will be determined based on:

  • Bank confirmation timestamp
  • System-generated confirmation receipt timestamp

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for refund.

3.2 Mandatory Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • You MUST contact us through Live Chat Support only.
  • Requests made via phone, email, social media, or third-party agents will not be treated as valid refund requests.
  • Our team will verify eligibility before approval.

3.3 No Refund After Course Access

If login credentials have been used and course access has occurred (whether by student, parent, or any user using the credentials):

No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Login activity is treated as confirmation of service usage.

3.4 Cancellation Before Course Access

If cancellation is requested within 48 hours AND login credentials have not been used:

  • 7% platform processing fee will be deducted from total paid amount.
  • Remaining amount will be refunded to original payment method.

3.5 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind after 48 hours
  • Dissatisfaction after attending live classes
  • Poor internet connectivity at student’s end
  • Device incompatibility
  • Missed classes
  • EMI interest charged by financial institution
  • Rejection of EMI request by bank
  • Batch preference dissatisfaction

3.6 EMI Transactions

If payment was made via EMI:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
  • IMAV is not responsible for interest or charges imposed by financial institutions.
  • EMI approval is solely decided by the bank or financial institution based on CIBIL and eligibility criteria.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must:

  • Be made within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Be submitted via Live Chat Support.

If approved:

  • 7% platform processing fee will apply.
  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days (depending on bank processing timelines).

After 48 hours, cancellations are not permitted.

5. Strict Anti-Chargeback Policy

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting IMAV support.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Account access will be suspended immediately.
  • Student access may be permanently revoked.
  • Legal recovery proceedings may be initiated.
  • User will be liable for dispute fees, administrative charges, and legal costs.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to financial institutions and credit agencies.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Actual credit timeline depends on bank/payment processor policies.

IMAV is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems.

7. Policy Modification

IMAV reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated policies will be effective once published on the website.
