Computational Thinking and AI, Classes 3 to 8
CBSE Circular Acad-18/2026
A new Computational Thinking and AI curriculum starts with the 2026-27 session, with teacher training as part of the rollout. It follows the Ministry of Education announcement of October 2025.
For your school: primary and middle classes need a structured AI and coding course from this session.
Skill and Vocational Education, Classes VI to X
CBSE skill education circulars
Skill education is mandatory in Classes VI to VIII, and vocational education is being brought into Classes IX and X, with a staged effect on board exams.
For your school: skill subjects move from optional activity to a regular, assessed part of the timetable.

Practical Teaching, From the First Year in School
Students learn by building. Every year adds projects, and every project goes into their portfolio.
Learn by Doing
About 70% of class time is hands-on. Students code, wire circuits and test ideas in live sessions led by IMAV instructors, so teachers do not carry the extra load.
Project Based Curriculum
Each term ends with a finished project suited to the grade, from simple web pages and games in the early years to IoT, automation and AI projects in senior classes.
Portfolio Building
From the first year, each student collects projects, code, certificates and teacher feedback in a personal portfolio, and a GitHub profile in the senior years. It stays with the student after school.
By Grade 12, a student has years of real work to show, which helps with college applications, internships and first jobs.

IMAV instructors teach live sessions, so your own teachers do not need to take on the extra load. We also run teacher training sessions for staff who want to support the programme.
How is the fee calculated?
The fee is ₹15,000 per student for each course. A school can run one course a year or more than one, depending on its timetable and goals.
