Bring IMAV to the schools you already know and serve
If schools already trust you, as their book publisher, distributor or supplier, you can open the door for IMAV Learning Academy. We provide the curriculum, instructors and live teaching. You bring the trust, the connections and your presence in the room. In return you earn a commission on every eligible enrolment.
This is a hands on B2B partnership for organisations with real school relationships. It is not a job opening, a franchise or a student enrolment page.
IMAV is new to your schools. You are not.
Schools can be approached directly. But a new name rarely earns the trust that an existing, trusted supplier already has. That trust and those connections are what we pay commission for, along with your active involvement from the first introduction to the first class.
What you bring
- Existing trust with school leaders
- Access to principals, management and academic heads
- Your presence and credibility in the meeting
- Smooth day to day communication with the school
What IMAV brings
- A structured course portfolio and learning content
- Qualified instructors and live, instructor led teaching
- Course matching, student support and assessments
- Scheduling, enrolment and course administration
Book publishers and distributors
Books are needed by every school, and those supply arrangements renew every year. That makes publishers and distributors some of the most trusted names a school deals with, and the best placed to introduce IMAV.
Every school needs books
Textbooks and school books are bought by every school, every year, so you are already part of their routine.
Relationships that renew each year
Supply arrangements are renewed annually. That repeat contact builds exactly the trust a new programme needs.
Access to the decision makers
You already deal with principals, management and academic heads, not only with front desks.
A natural add on
A practical technology programme sits beside the books you supply. It does not replace them.
A relationship that comes round every year
Other organisations that serve schools
Books are needed by every school. These categories are supplementary, and are welcome where the school relationship is real and active.
School IT vendors and lab suppliers
Computer suppliers, lab installers, networking and smart classroom providers.
School ERP and LMS companies
Software providers who serve schools every day. We first check there is no conflict with content you already sell.
Education consultants and advisors
Advisors who guide school purchasing decisions across several institutions.
Education and school supply distributors
Distributors with field teams that visit schools regularly.
Computer training institutes
Coding centres and training firms with local school relationships.
Teacher training and academic support firms
Providers whose work complements, and does not compete with, a technology programme.
What we are careful about
We look for transparent, institutionally approved arrangements. These are the situations where we are unlikely to proceed:
- Businesses with no verifiable school relationships
- Partners who only want to pass on a name and step back from the school
- Partners asking for guaranteed income without agreed targets
- Large upfront payments just to become a partner
- Exclusivity requests with no minimum performance commitment
- Collecting student fees outside the agreed payment process
- Any undisclosed personal benefit for school staff or public officials
- Unapproved claims about certifications, jobs, marks or admissions
An involved partner, not a middleman
We need partners who stay in the room and stay in touch. This is what that looks like.
- 1Introduce IMAV personally to the school leaders you already know
- 2Arrange the meetings and attend every one of them with IMAV
- 3Follow up with the school between meetings
- 4Keep communication between the school and IMAV clear and smooth
- 5Stay involved until the school has signed, paid and begun
- 6Support the school through enrolment closing
Six rules that keep every partnership clear
These apply to every channel partner and are written into the partner agreement.
IMAV is present at every meeting
We join all school meetings alongside you. A discussion held without IMAV is not valid and cannot be relied on.
Agreement first, then payment, then teaching
The school signs the MOU first. All payment is completed after the MOU and before teaching begins.
Commission on the base fee
Commission is calculated on the base fee, excluding GST, and only on eligible enrolments.
Paid after a 15 day cooling period
Commission is paid once enrolment has closed and a 15 day period has passed. Any cancellation in that time is deducted.
Two school contacts, one partner contact
Only two people from each school may contact IMAV, and one person from the partner. This keeps communication clear.
You keep communication smooth
IMAV is new to the school. It is the partner’s responsibility to keep the relationship and the conversation running well.
Who talks to whom
The partner is responsible for keeping communication between IMAV and the school smooth.
Courses your schools can choose from
This list is read from the live IMAV catalogue, so titles and availability stay current. You do not need to decide which course suits each school. IMAV recommends courses once the school enquiry is submitted.

Typical pace for closing a school: about 3 months
These are planning estimates for a school that moves at a normal pace, and they vary widely. They are not guarantees or service levels, and we cannot promise approval or a closing date. Commission is paid 15 days after enrolment closes.
Commission on the base fee, paid after the cooling period
You earn a commission on the base fee, excluding GST, for each eligible enrolment. The commission rate is 15 percent, as set out in the signed partner agreement. Nothing is guaranteed.
How it could work (illustration only)
Example: a course fee of ₹15,000 per student including 18 percent GST, 300 students enrolled in a school, and 20 to 30 cancellations in the 15 day period. Commission is worked out on the base fee, not the GST.
300 students, with 20 to 30 cancellations in the 15 day period
Commission is paid on the students who remain after the 15 days. Eligible base fees come to ₹35,59,322.03 with 20 cancellations and ₹34,32,203.39 with 30.
Commission for the partner
This is an illustration of how a calculation could work, not a promise of earnings or a quote. Your rate and the exact calculation are fixed in the signed agreement, and tax treatment is confirmed by IMAV's accountants.
What your agreement will define
- The commission rate and the base it is calculated on
- What counts as an eligible enrolment
- The 15 day cooling period and how cancellations, refunds and unpaid fees are handled
- Payment timing
- Annual renewal of the arrangement
- Lead ownership and protection periods
- Meeting rules, including IMAV attending every school meeting
- School and partner contact persons
- Termination and outstanding commissions
Questions partners ask
Who can become an IMAV channel partner?
Organisations with real, trusted relationships with schools. Book publishers and distributors are our strongest fit, because every school buys books every year and the relationship renews annually. School IT vendors, ERP and LMS companies, education consultants, school supply distributors and training institutes can also apply.
Why are book publishers and distributors a priority?
Books are needed by every school, and the supply relationship renews each year. That gives you ongoing access and trust with school leaders, which is what a new programme needs to get through the door.
Why does IMAV need a partner if schools can be approached directly?
Schools can be approached directly, but IMAV is new to them. Your existing trust and connections are what open the door, and that is what the commission rewards. We are looking for partners who stay actively involved, not for a name to be passed on.
Do I need my own teachers?
No. IMAV provides the curriculum and the instructors, and delivers the teaching.
Do I need to attend the school meetings?
Yes. You arrange the meetings and attend them with IMAV. IMAV must be present at every meeting. A discussion held without IMAV is not valid.
How many people can contact IMAV from the school?
Two people per school. The partner nominates one contact. This keeps communication clear, and the partner is responsible for keeping it smooth.
When does the school pay?
After the MOU is signed and before teaching begins. No teaching starts before payment is complete.
How is commission calculated?
On the base fee excluding GST, for eligible enrolments, at 15 percent, as set out in your signed agreement. Commission is never guaranteed and is paid only on eligible enrolments.
When is commission paid?
After enrolment has closed and a 15 day cooling period has passed. Any cancellation within that period is deducted before commission is paid.
Can I partner if I already sell STEM or coding programmes?
We review these cases individually. We look at whether a complementary arrangement makes sense.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee is advertised on this page. Commercial terms are confirmed in writing in the partner agreement.
Is territory exclusivity available?
No. Exclusivity is not guaranteed and is not automatic.
Which regions can I work in?
We are open to partners across India. Coverage is discussed during qualification, and rights in a region are not automatic.
When will I receive a response after applying?
We aim to respond within about five business days where there is a potential fit. This is a target, not a guarantee, and not every applicant will receive a reply.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your enquiry is recorded securely and our partnership team reviews it. If there is a potential fit we contact you to arrange an introductory meeting.
